Requirements

  • At least 4+ years experience with subsidiary management, corporate governance, and related topics.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.

Day to day

  • Lead legal entity management, including collaborating with other Legal team members and external vendors on entity formation and maintenance.
  • File and manage qualifications/registrations to do business, and manage withdrawals.
  • Assist with the drafting of Board of Director and other corporate documents as needed, including minutes, resolutions, and certificates.
  • Manage all global corporate insurance policies including renewals and coordinating requests for certificates and coverage verification.
