Who you are
- Possesses an associate’s degree or paralegal certification Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience ideally in contracts and proposals
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

What the job involves
- Draft review and revise various contracts such as non-disclosure agreements and vendor contracts
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with various stakeholders
- Maintain a comprehensive contract management system and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and applicable laws
