Requirements

  • Possesses an associate’s degree or paralegal certification Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience ideally in contracts and proposals
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
  • Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

Nice to have

  • Life Sciences experience
  • Clinical Trials knowledge

Day to day

  • Draft review and revise various contracts such as non-disclosure agreements and vendor contracts
  • Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with various stakeholders
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract management system and ensure compliance with RFP requirements and applicable laws
