Who you are

  • Prior experience as a Paralegal
  • A law degree is essential
  • Experience of working in large and/or US-headquartered organisations is preferred
  • Be team-orientated, with a willingness to share knowledge with and support other members of the team



What the job involves

  • Providing legal advice, including on contracts, corporate law and data protection
  • Legal review of UK contracts, including client and supplier contracts, data processing agreements and NDAs
  • Assistance with Group and/or International projects
  • Anticipation and identification of legal issues of concern to operational and other management and proactive development of effective legal strategies and practical solutions
  • Keeping up-to-date with latest legal and regulatory issues and thinking
  • Providing ad hoc training to the operational team on the contract review process and various contract terms
  • Assist with the completion of client due diligence requests and business tenders in areas relating to risk and/or regulatory matters
  • Deal with some data privacy matters, including subject access requests and security incidents
