Requirements
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Direct Class Action and PAGA experience required
- Employment litigation and wage and hour experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational communication and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines across active matters

Day to day
- Support attorneys in complex class action and PAGA litigation matters through discovery document review and production
- Prepare pleadings correspondence and case management materials while coordinating court filings and tracking deadlines
- Assist with mediation settlement administration and trial preparation across active employment and wage and hour matters
