What the job involves
- Review and process various types of domestic and international law enforcement requests
- Understand and triage incoming requests
- Attend to detail with ability to accurately analyze large legal documents
- Flag process inconsistencies or deviations from guidance and recognize and escalate to appropriate leads or teams on urgent or problematic LERs
- Prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight
- Collate pertinent matter information
- Create data productions for law enforcement when appropriate
- Update information in client’s systems
- Monitor email and other specified queues for incoming law enforcement requests
- Conduct LER follow-ups as required
- Communicate in a timely and effective manner with internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement officials outside of the US
- Adhere to defined Key Performance Indicators KPIs and productivity metrics and deliver at required QA level
