Who you are

• 6+ years of Paralegal and Litigation experience
• Proven track record of responsiveness and dependability in a deadline driven environment
• Work well independently as well as with teams
• Can work effectively from a home office or a remote work environment
• Can act independently executing good judgment but also not afraid to ask questions and work within internal and customer teams
• Excellent writing skills particularly depicting complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Professionalism in both verbal and written work
• Excellent listening as well as communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft products like Excel Word PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience with Relativity preferred
• Experience with WestLaw Preferred

What the job involves

• Provide overall support to the Litigation team
• Manage personnel Subpoenas
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing codes
• Manage legal mailbox assigning to appropriate department
• Work on WBS Requests
• WestLaw Docket search and alerts
• Support client-related issues to locate the right people on the business side contracts invoices
• Support Employment counsels with the execution of settlement agreements via DocuSign
• Provide E-Discovery support
• Document key project activities and metrics
• Support customer RFP processes
