Day to day
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of paralegals across multiple client accounts.
- Design and refine scalable workflows that improve immigration case processing and support client-specific needs.
- Partner closely with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely filings, strong compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Drive training, documentation, and performance improvements that make legal operations faster, cleaner, and more consistent.
