- Bachelor's degree in a related field and Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
- Minimum 4 years of experience in title and survey review.
- Proficiency in handling lease agreements including land leases easements and other real estate-related documents.
- Strong research skills and ability to communicate legal information effectively.
What the job involves
- Support the legal team in all transactions particularly in real estate agreements.
- Prepare critical documents such as closing checklists and purchase agreements.
- Conduct research on real property tax and ownership information and coordinate real estate closings.
- Manage post-closing matters and ensure compliance with legal standards.
