  • Experience supporting payroll applications such as SAP MySTAFF and MyRequests
  • Ability to process off cycle checks and data audit corrections
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify process inefficiencies and document current processes
  • Ability to support multiple teams and handle high call volume

Day to day

  • Create work orders with accurate and thorough structured data capture for audit trails and statistical analysis
