Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders, particularly where technology-driven modernization intersects with operational change. Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for payments, core banking, cash management functions. Lead and participate in co-design sessions, architecture workshops, and partner orchestration. Bring credibility by understanding how transformation actually scales — from implementations to migration strategies, process harmonisation and integration patterns. Identify and mitigate key risks early in the presales lifecycle to support successful client outcomes.
