- Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives
- Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus
- Deep expertise in Bank Finance or Insurance Finance
- Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks and insurance companies in UK
- Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills
- Business fluent in English

- Engaging with UK customers in the banking and insurance industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line
- Strategically identifying technical challenges and proposing incremental business value
- Co-creating new products and solutions with a team of business specialists
- Leading transformation projects in bank and insurance finance areas
