Requirements
- 8+ years experience (or 6 years + Master's degree) in partner management, business development, or related role in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem including key vendors, technologies, and market trends
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data
- Proficiency in using CRM and partner management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
