Day to day

  • Lead high-volume product warranty and lemon law litigation across state and federal courts, binding arbitrations, and administrative forums.
  • Provide strategic client counsel on pre-litigation claims, risk mitigation, and early resolution programs.
  • Drive business growth, mentor associates, contribute to firm governance, and advise on policy and compliance impacts.
