  • Strong knowledge of bus scheduling is highly preferred
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing or project management role within public transport SaaS or consulting industries
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with confidence at multiple levels
  • Project management experience with an organised deadline-driven approach
  • Comfortable with data and able to interpret usage trends performance dashboards and ROI metrics
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Product Tech and Commercial teams
  • Genuine curiosity about transport sustainability and the role data can play in improving services
  • Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings onboarding and reviews

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers ensuring they gain maximum value from the CitySwift product suite
  • Build trusted relationships with operational leads and senior stakeholders while managing onboarding delivery and post-deployment projects
  • Monitor usage and performance metrics and lead QBRs to identify improvements demonstrate ROI and support renewals and expansions
