  • Proven success building partner programs from scratch and delivering measurable pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations OEE MES and digital transformation
  • Ability to navigate technical and executive audiences
  • Excellent communication negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high autonomy
  • Ability to travel across the U.S.
