Requirements
- 8+ years in Partnerships Channel Sales or Strategic Alliances within Industrial SaaS Automation or IIoT
- Established and active network with System Integrators Automation Vendors or Consulting Firms in North America
- Proven success building partner programs from scratch and delivering measurable pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations OEE MES and digital transformation
- Ability to navigate technical and executive audiences
- Excellent communication negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high autonomy
- Ability to travel across the U.S.

- Build and own Factbird’s North America partner strategy from framework to execution
