Requirements
- 10+ years of experience practicing labor & employment law with a focus on OSHA and workplace safety matters
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission
- Portable book of business approximately $500K-$1M+ preferred
- Strong business development skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience at an AmLaw firm regional firm or respected boutique is highly preferred
- Candidates with existing teams associates paralegals or support staff are encouraged to apply

Day to day
- Advise employers on OSHA compliance workplace safety and environmental regulatory matters
- Represent clients in OSHA inspections investigations enforcement actions and related litigation
- Counsel employers on risk management regulatory compliance and workplace safety strategies
- Develop and expand a portable client portfolio while collaborating with attorneys across a national platform
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
