Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture
- Experience enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners
- Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python
- Ability to build and demo analytics workflows in notebooks
- Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch
- Strong live presentation and demo skills
- Working knowledge of the modern data stack
- Understanding of how SI partners scope analytics engagements
- Track record of building trust with partner teams
- Willingness to travel 25-30 percent

Day to day
- Build and own technical enablement programs for SI and consulting partners, including certifications, workshops, sandboxes, and reusable reference assets
- Create and maintain a partner-facing demo library so partners can deliver compelling Hex demos independently
- Lead partner onboarding, solutioning sessions, architecture reviews, trainings, office hours, and technical support for strategic deals
