Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise e-commerce, digital agencies, solutions engineering, or partner management roles across various industries and business types.
- Comprehensive understanding of Shopline’s platform, including its application ecosystem and integration capabilities.
- Solid development experience with a good grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and particularly Handlebars.js.
- Proficiency in communicating technical roadmaps and strategic visions to consulting and solution implementation partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse technical and non-technical groups, managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
- Analytical acumen, with a deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and the technology vendor landscape.
- Familiarity with version control systems and development environments, especially Git/GitHub.
- A solutions-focused mindset, capable of guiding partners through the development of custom solutions to achieve their merchants' goals.
- Commercially savvy, with an ability to see beyond technical implementations to their broader business implications.
- A passion for education and empowerment, coupled with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Day to day
- Serve as a Shopline evangelist, playing an instrumental role in leading and speaking at partner-focused events.
- Craft a comprehensive roadmap for successfully onboarding new agencies, ensuring they're well-equipped to offer Shopline's services.
- Develop and refine programs and playbooks to scale partner onboarding effectively.
- Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions to key strategic partners, emphasizing Shopline's strengths and capabilities.
- Communicate Shopline's value proposition edge to partners, enhancing the partner pipeline through case studies and event participation.
- Act as a regional champion, collaborating closely with internal teams to improve partner and merchant experiences.
