• 7+ years experience in a customer/partner focused sales/engineering role.
• 7+ years of experience in the unified communications industry.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills, perseverance, and patience.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.

What the job involves

• Maintain and build strong relationships with the Partner’s Pre-sales team.
• Act as the technical go-to person for Zoom and our Partners.
• Provide technical expertise to support and onboard partners.
• Enable partners in new selling, implementing, and managing strategies.
• Work closely with various Zoom teams to share partner technical strategies.
• Assist partners' technical teams in opportunities and projects to assure high quality customer deliverable.
