Who you are

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience working with Channel Partners in pre-sales engineering role
• Resolve issues in a timely manner
• Take ownership, make proactive suggestions, and lead projects
• Work to deadlines while managing diverse tasks
• Excellent technical and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all customer levels

What the job involves

• Assist the Partner Team in identifying, recruiting, and on-boarding new Partners
• Act as an advocate for our Partners by providing feedback to our Product team and representing customer needs
• Develop relationships with partner SE's and their customers, ensuring they are updated with product features and best sales practices
• Create, handover, and maintain all Partner tools such as Demo and EVAL/POC environments
