- 7+ years in strategy consulting with strong analytical skills and a proven record of leading complex initiatives
- Extensive finance for banks expertise with understanding of industry dynamics regulatory frameworks and competitive trends
- Strong financial steering knowledge including KPIs accounting principles and performance management
- Hands-on experience in financial transformation including process redesign operating model evolution and system implementation
- Proven ability to lead strategic change initiatives and work in operational finance environments such as controlling reporting and planning
- Risk management expertise with ability to assess monitor and mitigate transformation risks
- High tech affinity and comfort with digital tools data models and transformation platforms
- Fluent in English
- German language skills are a plus
