Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development or partnership management within tech or banking/financial services
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English in a US business environment

Day to day
- Own end-to-end communication with new and existing partners including payment providers, driving discussions forward and delivering agreed outcomes independently.
- Proactively prospect high-priority partners without direct network connections and convert cold outreach into qualified meetings.
- Maintain warm long-term relationships with strategically important partners while expanding BetterMe's payment partner network across the US and globally.
