- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English written and spoken
- Experience with HubSpot

Day to day
- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners through retention upsells and long-term relationship building
- Identify onboard and expand new partners using outbound outreach negotiation and structured follow-up
- Support commercial operations by tracking performance metrics coordinating content handling invoices and improving workflows
