- 2+ years in product management partnership solutions engineering or enterprise customer success with external partner or client exposure
- Comfortable discussing API integrations webhooks and data flows with developers and product managers
- Self-starter able to own an area end-to-end with little oversight
- Strong communication skills for external parties and multi-stakeholder partner meetings
- Actively uses AI tools for research documentation and analysis
Nice to have

- Mortgage industry experience
- Familiarity with mortgage LOS and POS platforms
- Payroll and employment data familiarity
Day to day
- Own a portfolio of technology partnerships and deepen existing relationships while activating new integrations.
- Support technical product integrations by guiding partners on API paths data flows and implementation steps.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Sales CS and Marketing to grow the ecosystem launch new integrations and track partnership performance.
