Requirements
- 6+ years of digital or gaming media sales experience
- 2+ years selling gaming advertising integrations into UGC gaming platforms
- Established relationships with media or marketing agencies managing gaming budgets
- Track record of generating pipeline and closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior marketers and agency planners
- Clear proactive communicator who collaborates effectively without overpromising
- Based in New York or Los Angeles or able to travel there at least 2x per month

Day to day
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified brand leads through conferences outbound outreach warm introductions and existing relationships
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across entertainment toy CPG and QSR verticals while prioritizing the strongest opportunities
- Close revenue-generating partnerships directly with brands and agencies and support smooth handoff to the account management team
- Partner with strategists and account managers to create proposals pitch decks and go-to-market packages
- Maintain CRM hygiene share pipeline updates and bring market insight on gaming activations to shape Voldex's positioning
