Who you are

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • 8+ years of overall work experience
  • Proven ability to close and grow large partner relationships
  • Strong communicator and internal relationship builder, who can collaborate cross-functionally
  • A strong business generalist with strategic mindset
  • Banking/financial services and previous B2B technology experience are a plus

What the job involves

  • Be the primary business development point for Banking and Wealth partners looking to leverage Plaid
  • Responsible for the entire sales process from identifying high-priority target partners, forming early relationships, negotiating and closing complex deals, to upselling existing partners
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders across functions to support some of our most critical partners’ businesses
