What the job involves

  • Responsible for qualifying, identifying, and developing quality sales opportunities for the Garland organization within their assigned territory.
  • Interact with field sales representatives and clients within their geographic area.
  • Focus on growth in the healthcare market.
  • Outbound prospecting to identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and retain customer relationships.
  • Act as the liaison for healthcare customers in their geography and coordinate communications.
  • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges and needs.
  • Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization.
  • Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to generate lead opportunities.
  • Initiate and participate in new business presentations.
  • Assist in closing business by providing solution-driven sales plans.
  • Consistent internal and external communications.
  • Communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships and stay educated on new regulations and trends.
