Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years experience in a similar role in partner management, including sales, business development, and managing large customer relationships
  • 5+ years global industry experience working for or selling into software/SaaS companies
  • Experience with CRM software and partnership management tools
  • Thorough knowledge of trends impacting the market and the needs of partners
  • Exceptional strategic relationship account management and consultative sales skills across multiple sectors
  • Experience and proven success at leading complex strategic negotiations and delivery on subsequent agreements
  • Strategic account planning skills and ability to manage relationships with complex, large global accounts
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Resourceful and highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of the AI and software technology landscape, including current trends and competitive dynamics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to successfully lead in an agile, fast-paced environment developing new and unproven standards
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills
  • Global experience, such as living in or working across multiple markets, is a plus



What the job involves

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with business objectives
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth, including account plans
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contract processes, including the development and management of a partnership pipeline
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve partnership processes and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing and co-selling with partners and work closely with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
