What the job involves

• Manage relationships with assigned partners, ensuring alignment
• Create and regularly update business plans aligned with boxxe's strategy
• Ensure highest partner level accreditation, overcoming obstacles
• Facilitate collaboration between Sales Teams and the business for optimal customer experience
• Act as escalation point for complex partner issues
• Monitor partner revenue and growth, report challenges to the Hybrid Cloud Technology Lead
• Organize and host hybrid partner meetings and sessions
• Represent boxxe at partner events, providing feedback and outcomes
• Learn and specialize in partner technologies
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing Specialist on campaigns, events, awards, and tracking MDF/rebates
