Strong experience in Statutory and/or Lottery fundraising
Confident managing complex relationships with external and internal contacts (government agencies, Lottery distribution bodies, EU agencies, colleagues, senior staff, stakeholders)
Comfortable managing own workload and portfolio of funding applications
Good at managing funded projects within a fundraising team
Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong partnership building skills with colleagues from different functions and teams

Collaborate on applications to Statutory and Lottery bodies across the UK
Nurture and develop relationships with external funders and key internal stakeholders
Build and seek opportunities to raise the profile of RNIB and deepen the connection between funders and the organisation
Develop and manage new funding proposals and a portfolio of existing projects
Provide reports and updates to funders, maintaining strong relationships with them
Support new and existing projects and services across a range of directorates within RNIB
