Remote Partnerships Manager Job in UK RNIB

Who you are

• Strong experience in Statutory and/or Lottery fundraising
• Confident managing complex relationships with external and internal contacts (government agencies, Lottery distribution bodies, EU agencies, colleagues, senior staff, stakeholders)
• Comfortable managing own workload and portfolio of funding applications
• Good at managing funded projects within a fundraising team
• Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong partnership building skills with colleagues from different functions and teams

What the job involves

• Collaborate on applications to Statutory and Lottery bodies across the UK
• Nurture and develop relationships with external funders and key internal stakeholders
• Build and seek opportunities to raise the profile of RNIB and deepen the connection between funders and the organisation
• Develop and manage new funding proposals and a portfolio of existing projects
• Provide reports and updates to funders, maintaining strong relationships with them
• Support new and existing projects and services across a range of directorates within RNIB
