Requirements
- Strong experience in Statutory and/or Lottery fundraising
- Confident managing complex relationships with external and internal contacts (government agencies, Lottery distribution bodies, EU agencies, colleagues, senior staff, stakeholders)
- Comfortable managing own workload and portfolio of funding applications
- Good at managing funded projects within a fundraising team
- Strong relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong partnership building skills with colleagues from different functions and teams

Day to day
- Collaborate on applications to Statutory and Lottery bodies across the UK
- Nurture and develop relationships with external funders and key internal stakeholders
- Build and seek opportunities to raise the profile of RNIB and deepen the connection between funders and the organisation
- Develop and manage new funding proposals and a portfolio of existing projects
- Provide reports and updates to funders, maintaining strong relationships with them
- Support new and existing projects and services across a range of directorates within RNIB
