Day to day

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for a portfolio of clients in a dynamic environment
  • Develop proactive and creative strategies to drive adoption among student loan borrowers and support partner growth
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new partners by crafting launch plans communications and educational materials and coordinating with internal teams
  • Monitor client success metrics and analyze KPIs to deliver strategic recommendations and improve outcomes
