Role
Who you are
- 2+ years' payroll processing experience in a multi-company and multi-state environment
- Experience using both in-house and third-party payroll systems preferred; direct experience with UltiPro/UKG software payroll systems a plus
- Experience with assisting in implementation and/or conversion of payroll software systems a plus
- Experience with international payroll processing a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Superb level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to work independently and accurately on multiple assignments/projects simultaneously
- Ability to assist in resolving payroll compliance issues
- Solid computer skills (word processing/spreadsheets/payroll systems)
What the job involves
- Account for the preparation, documentation, and disbursement of payroll and payroll taxes for approx. 500 employees worldwide
- Assist in new payroll system evaluations, implementations, conversions, and ongoing maintenance for existing and acquired companies
- Provide overall coordination of payroll processing for all Coinstar LLC companies in the US and internationally
