Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field and good payroll experience, with 1-2 years of multi-country payroll experience required.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Unrestricted work authorization for the UK and working knowledge of wage & hour, garnishments and payroll tax regulations.
Desirables
- Experience with activ8, MoorePay, and ADP Celergo payroll systems.
- Workday Time and Absence knowledge
- Payroll Professional Certification through CIPP or equivalent body.
What the job involves
- Process multi-company and multi-country payrolls ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and engage in system maintenance and testing.
- Generate and audit payroll reports, analyze payroll results, and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
