  • Proficiency in Workday ADP Excel and CloudPay required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Local State and Federal Payroll Tax Laws essential.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional integrity.

Day to day

  • Manage payroll for major brands including KAYAK and OpenTable across US Canada and Mexico.
  • Validate all payroll changes such as new hires increases and deductions using Workday reports.
  • Collaborate with international teams for semi-monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate data integration.
  • Address employee and manager inquiries through the Payroll Zendesk Ticketing System.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll information.
