  • 3-5 years of accounting payroll bookkeeping or finance operations experience
  • Experience with accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ADP QuickBooks Online and Bill.com preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Day to day
