  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or Accounts Payable
  • Familiarity with documenting processes through memos or flowcharts
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Experience with ESOP administration is a bonus
  • Experience with reporting tools such as HRIS or Sheets is a bonus
  • Ability to handle accounting entries related to payroll and accruals is a bonus
  • Passion for data accuracy and well-designed financial processes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Day to day

  • Own the end-to-end payroll process and work closely with an external provider to deliver accurate and compliant monthly payrolls.
  • Manage payroll communications and compensation records while producing clear reports and presenting compensation data.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and support month-end close through accruals, prepayments, and process improvements across Finance and People teams.
