Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or Accounts Payable
- Familiarity with documenting processes through memos or flowcharts
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience with ESOP administration is a bonus
- Experience with reporting tools such as HRIS or Sheets is a bonus
- Ability to handle accounting entries related to payroll and accruals is a bonus
- Passion for data accuracy and well-designed financial processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Collaborative across People Finance and other teams

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end payroll process and work closely with an external provider to deliver accurate and compliant monthly payrolls.
- Manage payroll communications and compensation records while producing clear reports and presenting compensation data.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and support month-end close through accruals, prepayments, and process improvements across Finance and People teams.
