  • Experience using ADP Payroll platform
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Flexible and positive attitude towards change
  • Resilient, self-motivated
  • Excellent understanding of payroll and taxes
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An analytical mind and good math skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel

What the job involves

  • Ensure colleagues are paid correctly and on time
  • Partner with external payroll provider ADP for seamless payroll
  • Collaborate with ADP to submit payroll data monthly
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Liaise with Finance and HR for payroll processes and reporting
