Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years in global payroll implementation
  • 4 years in running Payroll
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in countries such as: Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Croatia
  • Experience with various payroll systems and software
  • Client-facing project management ability
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirables

  • Masters degree
  • Project management certification, e.g., PMP

  • Lead successful implementation of clients on our global payroll system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on efficient and compliant payroll processes
  • Guide clients through critical payroll onboarding processes
