Who you are
Possess a degree level education or equivalent qualification.
4-5 years of experience in payroll is essential.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Experience with Safeguard ADP Streamline or WORKDAY systems is highly desirable.
Experience with leading and training team members is necessary.
Knowledge of international payroll standards and regulations.

What the job involves
Act as a key point of contact for payroll activities across UK EMEA and APAC regions.
Oversee and supervise payroll team ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Administer year-end tax filings and employee data disbursement across multiple countries.
Support Finance and Accounting teams by maintaining accurate financial records and general ledgers.
Promote continuous improvement in payroll processes through new technologies.
Maintain strong inter-department relationships for streamlined operations.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for 27 countries.
