Requirements
- 8+ years of payroll management experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing global payroll teams
- Experience with multi-state and international payrolls for exempt and nonexempt employees
- Expertise in tax equalization and global payroll compliance
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Deel
- Strong familiarity with SOX compliance and auditors
- Comprehensive knowledge of US and international payroll legislation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or Associate degree acceptable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and 10-key
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Day to day
- Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations across weekly bi-weekly semi-monthly and global cycles
- Reconcile payroll validate reports and ensure accurate timely transactions across multiple countries
- Serve as the primary payroll expert mentor the team and drive process improvements with automated solutions
- Collaborate with People Legal Accounting and FP&A to support payroll equity compliance reporting and monthly GL entries
