Remote Payroll Product Specialist Job in UK Deel

Who you are

• Payroll Qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll configuration
• Experience in working with multifunctional teams
• Experience with French payroll and legislation
• 3 years working experience in back-end configuration is advantageous
• 3 years working experience with programming language calculations are advantageous
• Understanding of Payroll elements and codes
• Configuring formulas categorization of pay elements
• Configuration and maintenance of statutory rates and tables
• Configuration and maintenance of country-specific fields
• Intermediate Excel Skills (lookups formulas concatenating etc.)
• Experience with a report writing tool is advantageous
• Understanding of country specific legislative concepts

What the job involves

• You will be instrumental in launching payroll products in new countries ensuring compliance with local tax legislation.
• You will collaborate with the country compliance team local experts product team to ensure product delivery is aligned with country requirements.
• You will manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion.
• You will conduct post-deployment meetings to the relevant stakeholders.
