Remote Payroll Product Specialist Job in UK Deel

Who you are

• Payroll Qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and questioning information from Advisory
• Experience in back-end configuration (advantageous)
• Working experience with programming language calculations (advantageous)
• Understanding of payroll elements and codes
• Configuring formulas and categorizing pay elements
• Configuration and maintenance of statutory rates and tables
• Intermediate Excel Skills (lookups, formulas, concatenating)
• Experience with a report writing tool (advantageous)
• Understanding of country-specific legislative concepts

What the job involves

• Launching payroll products in new countries, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and leading the implementation process
• Collaborating with country compliance team, local experts, product team, and architects to ensure product delivery is aligned with country-specific requirements
• Creating specifications, development tickets, and post-deployment documentation for payroll calculations and features
