Who you are

  • Ensure fixed and variable payroll-related data is captured in BambooHR and transferred to payroll upload files seamlessly.
  • Proactively manage and resolve payroll-related queries even complex and technical issues professionally and timely.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Auto Enrolment RTI requirements and HMRC regulations.
  • Efficiently complete all month-end administrative tasks finalising and documenting payroll processes.
  • Possess 2+ years of payroll experience with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational abilities prioritising tasks effectively under changing conditions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of current payroll legislation ensuring compliance in payroll processing.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enhance internal payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for productivity data analysis and reporting.

  • Lead projects focused on process improvement high-level reporting and data cleansing to enhance payroll operations.
  • Complete thorough payroll checks ensuring accuracy and integrity before authorising payment.
  • Manage the entire payroll lifecycle from data entry to final payment efficiently.
  • Oversee necessary reconciliations controls and risk management processes to ensure compliance.
