Requirements

  • 4+ years of payroll HR accounting or related experience with direct payroll processing
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll practices wage and hour laws and payroll administration processes
  • Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now ADP Lyric or comparable payroll systems required
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze validate and reconcile payroll data
  • Strong attention to detail organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet strict deadlines

Day to day

  • Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage wage and hour administration, payroll setup, audits, reconciliations, and employee inquiries across the full payroll cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Finance Benefits and systems partners to resolve issues improve processes and support reporting testing and year-end activities.
