Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience including multi-state U.S. payroll processing
- 3+ years of payroll systems administration and management experience
- 3+ years of global payroll experience supporting multiple countries and regions
- Experience administering payroll platforms such as Paycom Rippling ADP UKG or similar solutions
- Strong knowledge of federal state and local payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing payroll audits reporting controls and process documentation
- Experience partnering with HR Finance Benefits and Legal stakeholders
- Strong systems troubleshooting configuration and process improvement skills
- Experience working within a consulting professional services or client-facing environment

Day to day
- Lead payroll operations and payroll technology initiatives to ensure accurate compliant and efficient payroll delivery across a growing workforce

- Administer optimize and troubleshoot payroll platforms support audits reporting integrations automation and global payroll initiatives
