Requirements
- Solid Payroll Tax knowledge at employer level
- Solid Payroll processing knowledge and payroll tax knowledge at the employee level
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in payroll tax and payroll processes in a large company
- Experience with ERP systems for Payroll/HR
- Experience with ADP SmartCompliance
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to details
- Ability to work individually and part of the team
Day to day
- Perform quarterly tax returns, filings, and manage exceptions for employer tax accounts
- Correct tax-related issues for employees, including handling W2-Cs
- Utilize ERP systems and ADP SmartCompliance for payroll tax processes
