Who you are

• Solid payroll tax knowledge at employer level
• Solid payroll processing knowledge and payroll tax knowledge at the employee level
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in payroll tax and payroll processes in a large company
• Experience with ERP systems for Payroll/HR
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance
• Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
• Attention to details
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

What the job involves

• Responsible for payroll tax payments processing and reconciliation and proactive collaboration with customers and key internal business partners to ensure payroll tax compliance for multiple clients in the U.S.
• This role requires independent thinking and actions in handling payroll tax analysis and validations.
• Works as a team player and maintains a positive and productive work environment.
