Pensions experience
Experience in conducting comprehensive studies on user behaviour and decision-making processes
Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, ethnographic studies, and diary studies. Understand when and how to apply each method to gather relevant insights.
Strong analytical skills to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data gathered from user research activities.
Ability to identify patterns, trends, and user behaviours, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Can demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with pension users and articulate in a clear, concise and compelling manner findings in front of stakeholders at all levels of our organization

What the job involves
Apply behavioural principles to design features that enhance usability and encourage desired user behaviours.
Conduct behavioural research to identify user pain points, motivations, and decision-making processes at different stages of the customer journey.
Analyse user behaviours and patterns to inform journey mapping, ensuring it reflects real user experiences and touchpoints.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of pension-related digital platforms, tools, and services.
Simplify complex pension-related concepts using behavioural framing techniques to make them more understandable and actionable for users.
