Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing within a PEO or similar environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a payroll management role, preferably within a PEO or similar environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PrismHR, specifically in payroll functions and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of multi-state and international payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations.
  • Experience with payroll tax filings and reporting, including deductions, garnishments, and contributions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage payroll for a large volume of employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Client-facing experience, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

What the job involves

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for PEO clients.
  • Serve as the in-house expert on PrismHR payroll functions.
  • Maintain compliance, address payroll issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
