• Provide client group support on HR admin, reporting, and HR projects
• Run employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR data
• Ensure HR processes comply with local laws and create policies
• Conduct audits for compliance and data integrity
• Generate reports and metrics for client groups and the team
• Partner on company projects related to diversity, engagement, and data analytics
